How to survive Prison no.2 - On no account reveal the length of your Prison sentence or your release date. In no way inform other inmates what your crime was or what you were convicted for. And I cannot express enough why not to reveal if you were a sexual predator. Make sure your personal information, stays just that. By no means share your secret and/or personal information with anybody, if the need arises make something up! but don’t forget what you said. How to survive Prison no.3 - When in your cell make sure you work out as much as possible, because stronger muscles are quite simply going to help save you when its time to defend yourself. You will find that the larger prisoners don’t get picked on and that is where you want to be. How to survive Prison no.4 - During confrontations, if you’re not directly involved, get out of there AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, but if you or your friend are directly involved, step-up and be sure to fight. If another prisoner decides he wants the food off your plate you need to be ready to fight for it, showing any signs of weakness will have every person queing up to take your food! And anything else off you for that matter.
