Parsley - a multivitamin pill

From a nutritional point of view is a multivitamin, a whole warehouse of nutrivite substances. Contains large amounts of beta carotene, vitamin B12, chlorophyll, calcium, more vitamin C than citrus fruits and almost all other known nutrients. Thus, it helps the body's defense mechanisms and remove harmful bacteria because it is a powerful immune strengthening.

Parsley is composed of protein (20%), flavonoids (maintain blood cell membranes, act as antioxidants), essential oils, iron, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, sulfur, vitamin K, beta carotene and, especially, vitamin C.
