How to survive Prison no.2 - On no account disclose the extent of your Prison sentence or your release date. Never inform other inmates what your crime was or what you were convicted for. And I can't express enough why not to reveal if you were a sexual predator. Make sure your private information, stays just that. In no way share your secret and/or personal info with anyone, if the need arises make something up! but don’t forget what you said. How to survive Prison no.3 - Whilst in your cell make certain you exercise as often as possible, because more powerful muscles are quite simply going to help save you when its time to defend yourself. You will find that the larger prisoners don’t get picked on and that is where you would like to be. How to survive Prison no.4 - During confrontations, if you’re not directly involved, get out of there AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, but if you or your pal are directly involved, step-up and be sure to brawl. If another inmate decides he wants the food off your plate you need to be geared up to brawl for it, showing any signs of weakness will have everybody queing up to take your food! And anything else off you for that matter.
