All of us know the irregular endocrine for women would have bad effect on the health and also the appearance of women, but it is also the most usual problem many women could easily have. So, what is the normal ways to regulate our endocrine in the life to make a better life?

It acts like this: take a soaking- bath for 3 minutes then have a rest for 5 minutes, and repeat this process for three times. This is a method to consume a large amount of energies and with the same effect with jogging for a kilometer. Meanwhile, soaking- bath could also promote the renewal of the obsolete cuticle and the maintaining the skin smooth and flesh. However, it is not suitable for those who have disease in heart to take soaking- bath regularly and they can try the way of foot reflexology instead of soaking-bath.
There are some other ways that can help to regulate the endocrine of women such as: take a body massage regularly, have a blood donation when your body is in a good condition, have less fast food and do more exercises.
